While Ditmas Park is by far the most famous neighborhood name, when most non residents refer to Ditmas Park, they are talking about the wider area called Victorian Flatbush — stretching North to Albermarle Road, West to Coney Island Avenue, East to Ocean Avenue and South to the LIRR cut between Avenues I and J.
